Why is the Apple Wallet icon not appearing for Livenation tickets?

When I am logged into my Livenation account I am instructed to add my tickets to my wallet however the wallet icon does not appear anywhere for me to touch it and add my tickets to it. I need help!!

When I ordered tickets from my Wolftrap account the wallet icon appeared, I touched it and the tickets were added to my wallet without any problems.

I don’t know what’s going wrong with the Livenation account and the wallet icon.

This is a Livenation (Ticketmaster) issue. Apple grants permission only to the tickets issuer to add tickets, passes etc. This is an issuer requirement for your safety and security.

If you can’t add tickets to Apple Wallet app, please reach out to the support team at Livenation.

You can make sure your iPhone is updated to latest version of iOS. Also make sure you’re using Apple Safari web browser. If you’re accessing the Livenation via a mobile app, try deleting the app and downloading a fresh copy of the app.
