Unable to re-add cards to Apple Pay on iPhone
Accidentally deleted all my cards from Apple Pay and now won’t allow me to re add

Accidentally? Whatever you did probably triggered a fraud alert at the Payment Network Operators (Mastercard, Visa, American Express etc.).
What have you tried so far?
