When I’m on Facebook and go to Marketplace i get a white page everything else works ok. If I go and clear the open sites on my destop I can get into marketplace once, then when I come back to the desk top and try going back to marketplace I get the blank white page again. Need help on this one thanks

Someone on another thread for the same issue gave a remedy that works When you get the dreaded white page turn your iPad in the opposite direction that you are using to browse then back again and FB Marketplace will reappear. As an example, I use my iPad in landscape mode, I turn it to portrait mode then back to landscape and it reappears. Much easier/quicker fix until Facebook or Apple fixes this bug. Hope this helps other people. PS. I am using iOS 18.3.2
It started after the last update and I have the same update on my iPhone 15 Pro and marketplace is fine on it, My iPad 4th Generation has never been good since I got IOS 18 so much money tied up with Apple and very disappointed lately.
My I pad if you sweep up from the left hand corner and clear the open pages then go into Facebook and open Marketplace it will work for one time only then you have to go back and clear it again.
Apple please put a fix out for this problem.
I will but I have tried everything that was on the posted replies and nothing works, I just wish someone could explain to me why Marketplace works fine on my iPhone Pro 15 and not on my iPad Pro same account I feel Apple needs to look into this.
Why is my Facebook app not showing up in my list of purchased apps in the App Store it shows up on my iPhone because that is where you go to update it and could this be my problem, I have signed out and back in reinstalled the app and no luck.

For some reason I can’t access Marketplace any more on my IPad? When I hit the button, I just get a blank white page. However I can access on my mobile phone? So frustrating and have no idea why this has happened
I’ve had exactly the same issue on a brand new iPad Air bought on 1st Feb this year, and frankly, after approx 15 years of buying iPads cannot believe they can’t sort this out very quickly.
Do we have to specially request an update to solve this issue, or will it be issued as a generic update as part of a worldwide software update??.
If it is a facebook issue, then why does it work after shutting my iPad down? Marketplace works until it doesn’t. I just updated to iOS 18.3.2 and hoped it would fix the problem but it did not. I am not shutting down and restarting every time I want to go on Marketplace.
I have exactly the same problem, if I deleted and reinstalled Facebook app on my iPad that used to work but no more. I’ve reported 3 times and sent photos and videos but no response and still not working.
I don’t know what is going on with the white Marketplace page or who’s problem it is, I guess whoever has the problem doesn’t care about us the customers. I get so tired of trying to post on this site, I first posted the question on the white page.

Brilliant, this actually works! Thank you for sharing. I was constantly having to log out then log in again after the update created this problem, but this works on my iPad. Hopefully Apple find a fix soon, it’s so annoying.
My IPad is not loading Marketplace. I was able to fix this 2 weeks ago, but now it has happened again. I have completely shut it down. I have an updated IOS18.3.2. I have cleared the cache on Facebook.I have tried turning on and off the airplane mode. It works fine on my IPhone SE, but not on my new IPad consistently. This is frustrating! Please advise.
I have ipad 10th generation and I get a white page with a little blue heart when I try to use marketplace. Occasionally it will open and I can look at a couple things, but then back to white page. My iPhone doesn’t do this. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared caches, etc…..
Well done just did that and it works, why can’t facebook or apple with all their so say experts sort out what can only be a simple issue. Too busy lining their pockets with obscene salaries in favour of looking after the needs of their subscribers!!!
Wow! That actually worked , so you guess until they figure it out we will just have to play „Spinn the I-Pad“ for Market Place .
Now do you know if anyone found a solution for the issue with not being able to fetch Event data on Groups one is a member of ?
I totally concur with above - it has been driving both husband and I crazy.
We can view marketplace on our iPhones but our iPads - even after latest upgrade - keeps showing white page bit a line in middle!
Apple can you PLEASE RECTIFY. Feel there is definitely some bug…surely.
