I accidentally deleted my debit card from my iPhone's Wallet. When I try to re-add it, I get a message that says "This Card is Already in Wallet" but I don't see it in the Wallet app or in the list of cards to choose from when I double click the side button to tap & pay. What do I do?

I signed on to my Apple account from a web browser on my MacBook, went to Devices & selected the iPhone I'd accidentally deleted it from, then under "Wallet & Apple Pay" clicked the "Remove Items" button. Immediately after I finished, I was able to add the cards back.
