Adding Capital One card to the wallet

A store card, like your Kohl’s card, is referred to in the industry as a co-branded card. It’s possible that Capital One does not support Apple Pay with co-branded cards.

Please call the phone number on the back of the card to contact the C1 support team and confirm they support Apple Pay with their Kohl’s card.

Some C1 users have posted that the app must be on your iPhone, account owner must be logged in and the app must be open, to add the card.

There are other possible causes, but this is probably the easiest one to try first.
