Signing in on laptop

I have a Lenovo laptop. an iCloud browser or app od whatever you want to call it keeps appearing and asking me to sign in. every time i do, it loads for about ten seconds, then just takes me back to the sign in screen. no matter how many times i try, it wont sign me in.

iCloud for Windows in an endless sign in loop iCfE is in an endless loop asking me to sign in again and again and again… It won’t stop. Can't sign in to iCloud on Windows 10 PC I know my password and Applie ID. I can sign into apple on the web. But when when iCloud on Windows 10 tries to sign in, I get the nonsense popup shown below. I've tried uninstalling and resinstalling iCloud, restarting my PC, nothing works. So I get an annoying popup message from iCloud every minute or two trying to sign in. What can I do?
