I’m trying to add cash to my cash app account and I’m trying to add money from my applet wallet that is linked to my cash app and it keeps saying my bank is declining my transfer

You’ll have to ask the bank why they are declining the transfer. Apple is not a bank and cannot approve or decline transfer. If what you’ve posted is accurate, and you’re trying to transfer funds from Cash App, through Apple Cash and put it back in Cash App, that’s the exact definition of money laundering. Washing funds through a bank (Apple Cash) and putting it back into the account withdrawn from is illegal.
