How can I automate importing email data into a Numbers spreadsheet?

email comes from a specific email address, from a Wordpress website.

the email contains 1. Name 2. Email 3. Phone Number 4. Address/City 5. Category and 6. A document

I would like to automate the process of taking the information provided and putting it into an existing Numbers spreadsheet to be able to search that information later.

@Lester2k1 wrote something called an apple script that is very close, but would need a few changes, thing is I have no idea on writing any such thing.
