Always the liveimage goes on while I never want to turn it on. Liveimage makes bad images because i take fast photo’s with movement. And than liveimage is there and the photo is rubbish. Yes I tried the preserve and so on. So please make a clear setting that states liveimage off and do not show the option any more on screen

If you really feel that Apple should provide a specific new feature (or return an old feature), you need to tell actual Apple staff through their official path for such matters:
Settiings>Camera>Preserve Settings set to "ON"
Now whatever you choose for "Live," on or off, will be preserved for the next time.

There is a slash through the icon to indicate that it's off. It's always off. If I tap it, it will turn Live Photos on, and it will stay on until I tap it the next time.
Do not show the option liveimage anymore so I can never change it. That was my intention because it popup again and it gives me bad pictures and cost a lot of time to modify the old one’s
