How to prevent Apple TV restrictions from resetting?

I’ve set up an account for my young daughter in my Apple TV and applied the restrictions settings accordingly to her age, however every time that the account is switched in the Apple TV the restrictions settings are back to the default ones… anybody with the same problem? Thanks.

Restrictions keep resetting / can’t tie to User Account(s) Apple TV won’t remember restriction settings. Keeps prompting to set new code and resets them every time. Extremely frustrating. Also frustrating that each User Account can’t have its own restrictions settings tied to it. When we switch from my wife or my own profile, we don’t want/need restrictions. But when we switch to user account for our three year old, of course we do. This seems so sensible and obvious, but it’s not how Apple TV works. Why!? And then the original problem that even after setting restrictions up, I can’t turn them on or off because I’m prompted for a new 4-digit passcode every time and restrictions are then reset to default. This is all very frustrating, especially considering how much our household spends with Apple on decides and subscriptions.

Restrict Apple TV content for kids Hi community, we have a 9 year-old and have restricted content turned on the Apple TV however we found out since we have multiple profiles, he can essentially select either my profile or my husband’s profile which doesn’t have any restrictions and be able to access adult content. Is there a way to restrict all of our profiles because turning on the restriction on the Apple TV itself, doesn’t prevent him from using one of our profiles.
