iPhone shows birthdays & anniversaries one day later

my iPhone has changed birthdays that I have inputted correctly to one day later. I have fixed but it continues to change. Why? I am now noting the date in the location and making it recurring. Why does this keep

happening?

How do I edit my birthday in Calendar? I have an iPhone 14S, and my birthday should be November 6. However, the calendar has it as November 11. I cannot edit this information, nor did a Google search present with me any results on how to change this. It's honestly kind of gobsmacking that there's no apparent way to change this. I went under Settings, and apparently iCloud has my birthday correct. But Calendar still has it wrong. Also note that this is for my birthday, so it's not like I can go into Contacts and change it since I'm obviously not going to put myself in Contacts. Surely there must be some way to change this???
