How do I create a custom, slow-paced slideshow with personal photos and no music on iPad or iPhone?

Slide show with no music and as many photos as I like and have it playing slow so pictures can be enjoyed ? Is there any way I can do this on my I pad or phone and also can I do the same with my hidden photos ?

Please provide details on how this can be done. I do NOT want music I do not want it fast and I do not want the phone to decide what photos from my albums I watch .
