Mac Mini M4 Green screen when connecting to a TV display

I have a M4 Mac Mini that I used to connect to my Samsung TV. It used to be working fine, then recently, it can no longer display properly when connected to the TV. When it is connected only to the TV, it shows a green screen with some pink stripes.

However, when I connect it to the TV and another monitor at the same time, it works properly.

It also works properly when connected to a monitor alone. I am curious if anyone has also encountered a similar problem and how to resolve this issue.

Mac mini, macOS 15.4

Thank you for the reply. It is not a cable problem, as it is a HDMI 2.1 cable, so it supports 8K video output. I tried plugging in my PC today, and it also had the same green screen problem. So I figured that it must be some configuration issue with the TV that caused it. I resetted the TV, and the issue has been resolved.
