Why does an additional browser open after using password autofill in Safari or editing saved credentials in the 'Passwords' app?

In the "Passwords" application, after saving, deleting or changing information (in the section: notes, email, password), an additional browser automatically opens without my consent. Also, in the Safari browser, when you automatically fill in the password or use the login key, an additional browser opens exactly the same (in my case, this is the additional and last downloaded browser on the computer - Chrome.
