Can I disable double click on edge of window to expand?

I see that if I double click the edge of a window, it expands to fill the screen (or I guess tile). But, it sometimes happens to me by accident when trying to click the edge of a window to manually drag. Can I turn this off? I didn't find an option to do so.

I already have Stage Manger turned off.

I see some of the Widget settings are on? I don't really use Widgets. And I don't see how that would affect other windows.

I agree that turning these off do not turn off the double click expanding to the edge of the desktop. My solution is to increase the double click speed so it is less often accidentally detected.

You can turn off Tiling... ref: see "Windows" section below

however the basic function of clicking on any border to expand to the edge, I am unaware of a way to disable this feature.
