iCloud sign-in message keeps popping up on start-up but I don't want this to happen. It's very annoying. Any suggestions on how to prevent this from happening?

How do I stop iCloud login requests on my PC Everytime I log in to my PC Desktop, iCloud displays a dialog box requesting a log in. I have disabled it in the Startup list and it does not exist in my Notifications list. Nevertheless, it still shows up. It's almost as if the engineers from Microsoft came by and showed you how THEY made it difficult by forcing Cortana on everyone and took a "regedit" to fix it. Can't sign in to iCloud on Windows 10 PC I know my password and Applie ID. I can sign into apple on the web. But when when iCloud on Windows 10 tries to sign in, I get the nonsense popup shown below. I've tried uninstalling and resinstalling iCloud, restarting my PC, nothing works. So I get an annoying popup message from iCloud every minute or two trying to sign in. What can I do?
