How do I move the numbered column down in a Numbers sheet?

First time user. In creating a new sheet, there is a grey row at the top I'm using as a title row. The numbered column on the left hand side starts with "#1" on the grey title row, making the first entry #2.

How do I move the numbered column down so it starts with #1 on the first row below the grey title row?

Thanks.

There is no way to move that as it is technically not a column but more of a guide to see what row/column you're in, especially helpful when creating formulas. If you need a sequential list of numbers, you can just put "1" or "#1" in the row you need it to start then drag with autofill the rest of the way down.
