Unable to transfer Apple Cash balance to my debit card due to an error

Whenever I try to transfer my Apple Cash balance to my debit card it tells me me “Cannot Send This Payment

Your Apple Cash balance is not sufficient for this payment. Add a debit card as an additional payment method.” I don’t have another debit card and this just happened today this has never happened before.
