I can’t sign in to my iCloud account on the watch app
I did all the steps I restarted and reset and change my network and signed out of iCloud and signed in again and reset my network settings all of that does not work

Solved…spent hours trying to fix and kept getting this same Fail message. Went to Genius Bar and after an hour they solved. Pair watch but skip the part where you need to put in your Apple password. Then- when watch is set up, go ON YOUR WATCH and download any free app. It will ask for password. Put it in at that stage and for some reason, watch now paired with phone and Apple ID.
