Error (-7003) when trying to sign in to Apple Account on my HomePod mini

I can go through all of the set up steps with no problems at all until it comes to signing into my Apple Account. It keeps coming up with Error (-7003) and I've tried all the recommended actions already (resetting password, updating my iPhone, reconnecting to the Wifi etc) but it still won't work. I only bought it yesterday and it immediately wouldn't connect. I also don't have advanced data protection enabled.

I've already tried changing my password and I can log in online with no problem. We tried 3 different phones with different Apple IDs, I talked to the Apple Support for over an hour and they couldn't figure it out either and told me that I would have to talk to a senior as we tried all the other resources. Long story short, I brought it back to the store where I bought it and even they couldn't get it to work. I got it exchanged and we tried to set it up in the store and it wouldn't work either, not even with their phone. So what I got told by the worker there is that there might be an issue with the white Homepod Minis, because the blue one they had worked and it connected to my phone without a problem, but the 2 brand new white ones didn't work. Thank you for trying to help though!!

If you haven't already: You might want to try signing in to your Apple Account online, to make sure all your details are up-to-date, and you have access. Apple Account log-in: https://account.apple.com/

If needed: See how to: Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication - Apple Support

Set up HomePod - Apple Support (from Apple's: HomePod User Guide - Apple Support)

What to do: If you can't set up HomePod or HomePod mini - Apple Support
