Apple Cash Scam named, “undetectable” transactions

Guys help this keeps happening to me after I ordered from Shein. I’ve been getting transactions from scammers that can’t even spell ‘undetectable’ correctly. Like if these scammers are gonna try to take money from my broke ah, at least spell properly.

Good thing I don’t have no money on it rn but I still don’t know how to stop this.

I’ve already changed my apple ID password twice and I requested to change card information, and I had reported the transactions but nothing works. Help mee
