Apple Pay not working after multiple screen and battery replacements on damaged iPhone

I didn’t have insurance. I didn’t have Apple support in my settings. It says finish screen repair and finish battery repair at one point. My front camera has stopped working it came back however, my biggest issue is card readers. Don’t detect my attempt to make a payment.
