scam text ref Apple Pay

I received a text message in reference to Apple Pay stating that a charge was made Using my Apple ID. They came from a phone number prefaced by +63. It says that the charge is unverified and if it’s familiar, no action is required and the transaction will proceed within 24 hours if not contact Apple support immediately and it gives the number. I am 99.9% sure this is a scam but thought I would double check. I do see some received something similar. I am attaching a copy of the message. This is a scam? Correct?
