I dont use iCloud, nor do I want to.
How do I permanently dismiss NEW ICLOUD TERMS AND CONDITIONS from my OS 15.3.2 MacBook Air?
This notification pops up every 5 minutes.
Ive dismissed it hundreds of times, but it keeps popping up.
So incredibly annoying and unproductive, and apparently no obvious way to permanently dismiss it.
Can anyone offer a solution?

By simply agreeing to the new terms. Doing so doesn't mean you have to use iCloud, only that you've read the new rules.
And besides, you are using iCloud. That's how Find My works. That's how your photos, contacts and other data get synced, etc.
Yes, you can completely turn iCloud off if you want, but then many OS features don't work as they should.
Personally, I sync/backup nothing to iCloud I don't have to. The only two features I have on is Find My and Messages. The latter so they sync to each other across my Mac, iPad and iPhone.

Just click on agree to terms at the bottom. It doesn't mean you have to use it (though some services you take for granted may be part of iCloud).
Previously the recommendation was to make sure you are using the latest OS. There was a bug that was resolved in an OS update where the prompt continued even if it was accepted. That is no longer the case.
