macOS Sequoia Version 15.6.1
iCloud Notes displays all of my missing notes, but folders are not identified. Is it possible to restore or recreate folders from iCloud Notes?

Hi WheelieNick, thank you for your response, unfortunately I did not do a TimeMachine BackUp. I believe my problem occurred when I accidentally deleted a Network folder (I don't recall the name) the HP Printer folder is the second Network folder. I could not leave the problem be... I found the missing 31 folders and multiple files in:
Macintosh HD => Users => diana-desiree... => Documents => PDF files (iCloud).
I can access folder contents, but iCloud displays individual files rather than folders. If I could recall the name of
of the deleted Network file perhaps I can find a solution. By the way, I do have some older TimeMachine
BackkUps.
If you have a backup in the cloud or on Time Machine, you might want to look for your missing notes there
