iCloud account causing internet and email issues on MacBook Air M1

I have a MacBook Air M1 Sequioa 15.6.1 as of now.


The user account was working with Safari and websites email etc.

Now the User cannot connect to the internet and email.

If I create a new user all works until I add the original user iCloud account and password. Then after a day or so that user stops working with safari and email. Creating another user repeats again.


iCloud account does not have private relay etc and works with iPhone and iPad. No issues.


Any ideas?
