Can I change white text in Contacts notes on iOS 26?

I’m having the same issue I could barely read my notes especially when you’re outside in the sunlight. You definitely can’t read it Apple. Please fix this issue.

Changing the transparency does NOT help. And yes, i have complained directly to Apple ( for all the good that will do...)

A return to BLACK text is the only solution.

I have the same complaint. White text is VERY difficult to read.

I really didn't like the white lettering in the note section of Contacts. It fixed the problem. Thank you!!

Agree, this is a horrible setting. The Notes on Contacts is almost impossible to read. I hate it and would love to go back to my prior version os IOS.

I should not have to hit edit just to read what is in the notes of a contact.There has to be a permanent fix for all conatcts

As I understand it, yes, Apple Support also logs all issues. It's great that you were able to take the time to do that.
