Restored Calendar and it DELETED all my old Notes past this current year!

Ok, my 13yr old deleted an extra calendar called Family when on my Iphone. My husband said some kids appointments disappeared for him. So i went into Icloud and Restored to an earlier version of my Calendar. No biggie. HOWEVER. Doing this action of Restoring Calendar, it simultaneously DELETED all my notes prior to 2025! I did not know these two apps were connected in this way. I went into Icloud when I discovered this today and It is past the 30 days when I did the Restore of Calendar. Please help. Is there anything I can do? Im such a dingus. Never letting that kid touch my phone again.

Try going to Settings>Apps>Notes>Notes Accounts and make sure Notes is turned on for all of them.

If your notes were synced to iCloud, try this:

Delete and recover notes on iCloud.com - Apple Support

Ok so I followed both instructions. Checked iCloud and id said I was synced, however there is only 1.2 mb in there, so numerous old notes are not in there. When I went into App Notes accounts all are toggled on including Gmail:

So since my Gmail was toggled on, does this mean my old notes may have been synced with Gmail? How do I find out and hope and pray they were
