Game Pigeon access during downtime with always allowed contacts

I want game pigeon to be available to my kids between siblings and parents outside of downtime. I don’t see a setting to make game pigeon always allowed. I read a thread saying that you had to allow messages all the time, However I do not want to allow messages with anyone except the specific contacts that are always allowed. If this is not a feature I would like to request that the control of this aspect to be allowed separately from iMessages or the use of the app be attached to the "always allowed" or time restriction" for that particular contact.
