Ordered Pro App Bundle, No E-mail After 10 Days.

I ordered pro app bundle on 9/23/25 but I still haven't received e-mail with the code.

I chat with the customer service 3 times and they keep saying that they requested to raise my order.

However, I still didn't get anything and my credit card charged.

I can't even cancel the order.

Is it normal waiting time after you order some apps or softwares from App Store?
