You already have the best protection....... from Apple. As long as you do not attempt to circumvent OS built in security, you don't need any third party apps.
The benefits from installing a steaming pile of aftermarket "protection" and "cleaning" apps are:
- reduced Mac performance
- Reduced Mac stability
- increased blood pressure.
