I'm unable to download the Microsoft Outlook app on my Apple Watch

I have the Microsoft Outlook app on my iPhone, and I have also had it on my iWatch for two years. This weekend, the app on my iWatch is gone. I tried to reinstall it, and the App Store on my watch says “Unable to complete request- Try again later.” I restarted both my watch and phone.

1. I checked to be sure I had enough storage on my watch- I do.
2. I uninstalled the app on my phone and reinstalled it, but it didn’t sync.
3. And then I unpaired my watch from my phone and repaired it. That didn’t work.

Any other suggestions as to why it would suddenly disappear on my watch and I can’t get it back? Thanks in advance.
