Deleted a app how to get it back and it is not in the App Store

There is no Delete Apps storage place.

Go to the App Store app, search, search your deleted app will have a cloud and arrow symbol to reinstall.

If it says OPEN then it is not deleted at all, and you will find it in App Library following the last homescreen.

If it's not in the App Store, you can't get it back. What app was it you deleted?
