Apps not downloading or updating after iOS 26 update on iPhone 16 Pro Max

After updating my iPhone 16 Pro Max to iOS 26, apps won’t download from the App Store and existing ones won’t update. I’ve checked all the settings — there are no restrictions. What could be the reason?

What’s strange is that everything was working fine for a few weeks after the iOS 26 update.
