Persistent ASL warning messages on Mac with pink flash shutdown

My Mac shut down and a pink flash appeared, that's why I started checking for problems in the system.

I have been getting warning messages from ASL on my mac for 8 days. Each warning contains multiple syslogd messages (ASL Sender Statistics). Is this something I need to worry about?
