Stuck in password verification loop in App Store on iPhone 13 Pro Max

Hello, I'm in constant loop of being asked for password over and over again while trying to download an application from the App Store even though the password is correct and passed the check and immediately afterwards ask again for the password and does not start downloading it at all. It takes me back to the app store front page. I go back to download the app, it asks for password verification, it takes the password then goes back to front page. Endlessly. This is any app i try including 1 i have had on my phone working for 2 months and i just tried to uninstall/reinstall it but now the app store has wigged out.

Things I've tried:

• Change networks (WiFi and LTE)
• Reboot phone
• Change password
• Sign out & in
