My fastest 5K time not updating in Apple Fitness app

I recorded a run in June. The distance was 2.08 miles and the time was 21:58m.

Apple Fitness plus says this is my Fastest 5K time (complete with the gold medal award).

I've tried to create a new/similar workout through the Apple Health app to replace it. The "record" still stands.

Related, I ran 3.26 miles the other day at 28:52, and it gave me a Fastest 5K medal, but that did not replace the incorrect one from June.

I've started and restarted my phone. I'm running the current iOS. I don't know if this issue existed before the recent update.

Any help is appreciated.

I have the same issue. Now. Of my fastest times are updating. I always run a little bit farther just to make sure the mileage is enough. Watch and phone are updated, tried restarting them as well. Location services is turned on

Finally updated. I run without my phone and I wonder if the phone and watch both need to be on the same network to update?
