Floating bar or pop-up blocking Safari on iOS 26

Hi everyone,

Is anyone else experiencing this issue with Safari after updating to ios26? Whenever I browse any website, there’s a floating bar or pop-up that stays stuck in the middle of the screen when I scroll up.

For example, when I was viewing any website, the price box or the bottom part of the screen will moved and stayed right in the center and blocked part of the page. It happens on every website I visit, not just that one.
