iPhone X Shortcuts app crashes instantly on iOS 16.7.12
"My Shortcuts app is consistently crashing immediately (within 1-3 seconds) upon launch. The app is completely unusable. I have already performed all standard and advanced troubleshooting steps, and the issue persists."
My Device Details:
* Device: Iphone X
* iOS Version: 16.7.12
* Shortcuts App Status: Crashes on every attempt to open it.
Steps I Have ALREADY Taken (Please skip these steps):
* Forced Quit and Restarted: I have force-quit the app and rebooted the iPhone multiple times.
* Updated iOS: My iPhone is running the latest available iOS version
* Offloaded and Reinstalled App: I used Settings \to General \to iPhone Storage \to Shortcuts \to Offload App, and then reinstalled it.
* Full App Deletion and Reinstall: I deleted the Shortcuts app entirely and re-downloaded it from the App Store.
* iCloud Sync Toggle: I have repeatedly turned the iCloud Sync for Shortcuts OFF and ON in Settings to iCloud.
* I AM NOT GETTING PAST THIS POINT: The app still crashes even after performing the steps above.
* Cleared ALL Shortcuts iCloud Data (Data Loss Confirmed): As a last resort, I went to Settings to iCloud to Manage Account Storage to Shortcuts to Delete Data. The app is now starting completely empty, but it still crashes instantly.
* Reset All Settings: I have performed Settings \to General \to Transfer or Reset iPhone \to Reset All Settings.
The Conclusion:
"Since the app still crashes instantly, even when it is empty and on a clean slate of settings, the issue appears to be a deep, low-level system file corruption or an internal bug.
