iPhone IOS 26 Safari bottom bar animation

Does anyone know if there’s a way to disable the animation for the bottom taskbar(the bar that has the back and forward arrows) because it constantly comes from the top and drops to the bottom and it won’t stay still whenever i want to click a link or scroll down.
