Safari startup screen is glitching on my MacBook Air

I recently just bought a macbook air on September 24, 2025 and it is now October 20, 2025. The safari start up screen is showing up on the bottom of my screen repeatedly, like a glitch. I can still use my MacBook regularly but the pop up won't go away.

the more I'm looking at it, its the top of the desktop screen where it shows the apple symbol, safari, file, etc. The glitch shows if you click on one of them as well. Say for instance you click on the safari tab, and all the little menus for it pop up. the glitch will show that too. but the glitch only take up the amount of space that the app bar ay the bottom does.

Safari on the Dock and Menubar:

A. Dock:

Seems you Safari is set to default on your Dock. So, drag the Safari icon to the Trash. The app will not delete; it will just me removed from the Dock.

B. Menubar:

When you open an app, the menu bar will change. That's just part of the macOS.
