It's in the way and just appeared.

Also,

what are those right click option now? I right click on some text and I just want to add a link or email and all these other options are there. Chinese stuff and searching the web. OPEN? What do you mean OPEN? I do that and it opens finder.

All I wanted to do was edit the appearance of my folder and now everything I was working with is a mess. I use pages more than anything and what is going on here. I am doing some stuff and busy and I can't just simply report a bug for it to be fixed in an update, but have to come here and hope tech support sees this and then files it for me.

Apple Support does not use this site for that purpose. You have to do that yourself.

However, I doubt it is a reportable bug given the other problems you described (Safari right-click not working as expected on macOS). Perhaps you should consider running EtreCheck and posting its report in a reply to this Discussion, or that one. Or both.

Did you try simply restarting your Mac in the usual manner? It's a simple first step should things start to misbehave.

Any chance you have pressed a shortcut or key on your keyboard, bringing up the Right-click menu all the time?

Are you using an Apple Mouse or your trackpad?

Did you try to force quit Pages and start it again?

To force quitt, press Option (or Alt), Command, and Esc together until the Force Quit window opens in the Finder and click on the app and choose "Force Quit"
