Battery health dropping fast

My macbook air m4 was on 11 cycle, within 11 to 12 battery health decreased to 97% from 100, i was always used on plugged in for a week like 1-1.30 hours a day, then on friday I used to drop battery to 30-40 level then again plugged in and rotate, but why that decreased so fast, please someone help
