How to track an "Apple Services" charge that does not show up on my payment history?

I see a charge via PayPal this and last month for an amount I do not see anywhere on my iPhone or the Apple Services website. I only have 3 active subscriptions so it's not getting lost among many options. I have tried everything I can think of to track down the charge with no success. Any ideas on how to get more info on such charges?
