Error in Fullscreen Mode on Office Apps

Hello everyone, I just updated my office application ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc) in my Macbook Air M1.

But after the update, while I'm using office in fullscreen mode, the excel header is obstructing me for seeing the menu like this :

But if im not using it in fullscreen mode, everything is normal like this :

already checked several options to configure but nothing seems worked for me.

Anyone can help me on this? thank you
