Purchase history/Apple ID backup transfer problems

I have apple family sharing, I can download most of the angry birds games from that history however, one I cannot (Angry birds HD) even though it is installed on my iPad (it doesn’t appear in any purchase history) Futhermore I remember playing another (angry birds Star Wars 1) that isn’t installed and isn’t on purchase history. I am confidently sure that there were no Apple IDs pre-dating the ones used, meaning all apps were downloaded with the 1 Id. Which is why I’m wondering why it isn’t in purchase history. (There are other angry birds games that cannot be installed due to iOS not supporting them anymore, however they still appear as purchased). I have tried many methods like Apples devices, I tunes and Imazing to try and backup the apps and it hasn’t worked Becuase of it not being installed with the Apple ID (Even though it is impossible to install without and we have only ever used one) (If I were to try transfer the data from one iPad to another it likely wouldn’t work due to the Apple ID problem mentioned earlier, Becuase the backups redownload the apps from the store and stuff the progress back in, my app doesn’t appear in purchase history/store so). The only other way I have come accross in my research is finding an IPA. Of the file, changing the metadata to my Apple ID and that is the backup essentially :(. Is there any way I can transfer it to another iPad (without jail breaking, if it helps I have proof I have it) Thanks so much in advance ❤️‍🔥 :)
