shortcut automation “when i arrive” works only for radius=0

Starting a few weeks ago, my shortcut automation “arriving home”, that worked well for the last few years, stopped working properly: instead of triggering upon entering a radius of 200 meters from my home, it started triggering upon arrival (meaning radius= 0 meters fom home). Tried to change radius, delete and re-write the script, etc. and nothing worked. It happens also on my kids iphones (iphone 16, iphone 15 and 14) and ios 18 as well as ios26.

Perhaps a bug in one of the recent software updates are the source of this?
