Customer reviews are not showing.

I recently published an app on the App Store. I asked some of my friends and colleagues to give their honest reviews after using the app for some time. They told me they had already done so. Normally, it takes 24–48 hours for the App Store to process reviews, but weeks have passed and none of the reviews are showing. Does anyone know why this might be happening?
