The object I touch shows up in center of the screen. How do I disable?..

Whenever I touch a back arrow or an X to exit out of something the item that I’m touching appears in the center of the screen. All of my accessibility settings are turned off for Zoom and other touch settings. It never did this until I updated to the most recent iOS. How do I disable this feature? I’ve gone all through the forums and searches, and I see nothing about this feature.
