Speak text option missing in iPhone 17 Wi-Fi automation after update

in my iphone 17 automation of when iphone joins wifi speak text option not there even customer care people could not give solution they say it has happened in iphone 17 after the update whether any body can give solution

Automation in my iPhone 17 ie in iPhone joins or disconnected from WiFi speak text option is not available it was there previously now it is not there whether any body having this issue is it due to the recent update as customer service people say.
